Workplace Interactive Theatre (WIT) is a research-based theatre company that performs customized, interactive, and fun workshops for companies and organizations seeking institutional change through unconscious bias intervention and collective problem-solving. By making theatre together, WIT aim to “outWIT” patterns of unconscious bias, stereotyping, and microaggressions that cause friction and interfere with productivity in the workplace.
